Currently, we are looking for a Country Manager to join Nordcloud UK.

The UKI Country Manager is responsible for the overall commercial performance of the UKI Nordcloud business. This includes owning the agenda of driving double digit growth with sustainable profit increases. Nordcloud is Europe's largest and most focused cloud professional service and managed service provider. Nordcloud is a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM.

The main lever of success is to drive strong performance of the UKI go - to market teams, which spans sales, solution architecture, and the technical CTO functions. The role also has oversight of the delivery performance within the region and ensuring the support functions are well aligned to the needs of the UKI business.

The role is seen as the UKI figurehead and is responsible for ensuring Nordcloud grows as the cloud thought leader within IBM and the market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the Sales, Solution Architecture and CTO functions to drive continuous double digital profitable growth
  • Owning the Nordcloud and IBM relationship at the exec level
  • Defining market initiatives and campaigns to drive greater performance
  • Supervising the other UK based functions including delivery and support functions
  • Develop and build relationships with C-level and senior executives at current and potential clients
  • Provide thought leadership, inspiration, and motivation to all stakeholders, internal and external, to enhance Nordcloud's vision and industry position
  • Setting an example for best practice and achievement through winning bids
  • Defining new GTM market initiatives to keep a constant re-invigoration of the growth

Minimum requirements:

The following are the minimum requirements and must be met. They can overlap within the same experiences.

  • 3+ years of direct experience in the cloud services market (including working with hyperscalers)
  • 3+ years of direct experience in the UK consulting market for the enterprise sector
  • 3+ years of direct sales leadership experience
  • 3+ years of working within a technology scale up
