Job Description

If yes, we are looking for an experienced Training Manager for the Business Assurance UK team to drive the sales and delivery of training services across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible and accountable for:

  • Managing all aspects of all customer training, such as: producing or adjusting content, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and developing new training courses.
  • Developing a strategic sales and marketing plan aimed at maximizing/generating sales leads for training.
  • Identifying tutors to deliver training through existing or new resource.
  • Management and administration of the DNV Training portal (LMS) to ensure all courses are correct and visible on the DNV website.
  • Promoting training within DNV to ensure visibility of our training portfolio across the business.
  • Delivery of Training sales target, either directly or via sales team.
  • Financial management through budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing where applicable.
  • Managing existing Training partner relationship and maximize for further growth.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record in sales and developing new business
  • Previous experience in managing & developing a value adding training portfolio
  • Excellent verbal & written communications

Furthermore, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous experience of working in a Training team of a Certification Body.
  • Experience in facilitating training and in coaching tutors towards success.
  • Self-motivation, ambitious and persistent
