UK Key Account Manager - Spirits

CSG Talent have partnered with a high quality flavoured gin business who are looking to grow their market share & presence in the UK, hiring a Key Account Manager to play a key role in company development.
The business has market leading positions in multiple countries & is known for high quality, excellent tastings products. They are looking to further develop their UK mark positioning & are keen to bring on an individual experienced in spirit sales to the UK market.
Responsibilities:
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term Success.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients' requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
Requirements:
- Existing experience of selling alcoholic beverages into the UK market (Gins experience highly preferred, spirits also preferred, some form of alcoholic beverage experience essential)
- Existing network of contacts across a wide range of customer focuses (wholesale, retail, bars, restaurants, hotels etc)
- Existing experience of increasing presence of a new to market product or emerging brand
- Ability to travel to meet customers as needed
- Proven track record relating to winning new business
