Senior Consultant - Real Assets Research Team

Do you enjoy collaborating with clients, industry experts, and fund managers to deliver innovative solutions? Are you passionate about real estate investment research?

As a Senior Consultant in Aon's Real Assets Research Team, you will play a key role in conducting in-depth research and analysis on real estate funds, supporting client advisory work, and contributing to the ongoing monitoring of client portfolios. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across private markets, with opportunities to participate in projects involving infrastructure and private equity as needed.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like

• Conduct detailed due diligence and analysis of real estate funds and fund managers.
• Monitor fund performance and assist in preparing client reports and recommendations.
• Support client advisory work, including portfolio reviews and manager selection exercises.
• Liaise with fund managers and internal stakeholders to gather, interpret, and communicate information.
• Contribute to business development activities and support the preparation of pitch materials.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across private markets and other Aon teams.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 5-10 years of experience in real estate investment research, consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
