Overview
As a Production Coordinator you will support the Client Lead and Production Planners at Publicis Production with all of their day-to-day needs. No two days will be the same and you'll be expected to be able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your workload in a high-energy, deadline driven environment.
You'll be responsible for supporting the Production Planner with outlining production requirements and being aware of all omni-channel content from inception to completion. If you have been an Account Executive at a Creative Agency and would love to focus more on content production and management, this could be for you.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organise campaign-specific materials in team's shared document repository.
Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
Assist in the development of client-facing production reports, meeting arrangements and follow up notes.
Contribute to the assessment of inventory availability and the formulation of proposals for new client opportunities.
Manage the delivery and tracking of creative assets, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.
Run the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
Create job numbers and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
Review, organize, store and track PO's.
Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to Publicis best practices throughout the full campaign lifecycle.
Support with general client management e.g. meeting organisation and facilitation, meeting notes, next steps and action tracking
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role within a creative advertising or production agency.
Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
Strong professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with excellent prioritisation skills.
Analytical thinker with solid organisational capabilities.
Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
Experience supporting integrated digital projects at both local and global levels.
Familiarity with the production and adaptation of advertising formats across 360° campaigns.
Competent in assisting with budget reporting and internal documentation alongside Client Leads and Production Planners.
