We are seeking an exceptional Treatments Manager to join the Health Club & Spa team at Claridge's.

Your role will be defined by grace, warmth and serenity, as you gently guide guests into a world of calm, far removed from the city's hustle and bustle.

As Treatments Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing therapist performance, conducting regular reviews and coaching to promote consistent service standards.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training and development of therapy team to ensure capabilities align with brand standards.
  • Ensuring all treatment protocols are delivered accurately and in accordance with LQA/Forbes service standards.
  • Ensuring excellent guest experience and navigating guest feedback.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the treatment areas to ensure all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance and laundry teams to promptly resolve operational issues and maintain facility excellence.
  • Ensuring that the treatment facilities are stocked with supplies to deliver services, overseeing stock management in accordance with departmental budgets.
  • Supporting revenue generation through effective management of treatment bookings, therapist utilisation and retail performance.
  • To write rotas for the therapy team.
  • Implementing initiatives to ensure excellent operational function of the treatments division and ensure that SOP's and Risk Assessments are up to date.
  • Working cohesively with the Spa Operations Manager and Spa operations teams, ensuring excellent knowledge of the spa operation and displaying confident ability to support this function as and when required.
  • Working closely with the Spa Director to support and implement the overall spa strategy and to enhance the spa treatment menu.
  • Delivering treatments in accordance with the spa and brand standards.

Successful candidates for our Treatments Manager opportunity will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Luxury Spa Industry.
  • Previous experience of training and developing a therapy team.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 however level 4, CIBTAC and/or CIDESCO Qualification is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge in massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue and Prenatal.
  • Experience in skincare analysis and advanced facial techniques/technologies.
  • The ability to deliver an exceptional spa treatment, adapting to individual guests needs.
