Treasury Operations Director

We are seeking seeking a Treasury Operations Director to join our growing team of professionals. The successful individual will be actively involved in the implementation of Gen II's treasury management platform. There is direct responsibility over the European treasury operations team of 15-20 employees including 2 direct reports, as well as daily engagement with the shared services functions supporting the relationship.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years' experience within an operations department within the finance/banking industry together with 5+ years of supervisory experience. A good understanding of European regulation, compliance, tax and financial engineering is essential together with proven people management skills, with extensive ability to lead and develop operational teams - 'managing the manager' and developing future leaders.
