ABOUT YOU

As the Treasury Manager, you will have a wealth of experience working within fast paced and diverse businesses, delivering a first-class service to the senior management teams. You will be a people focused and drive your teams to success by mentoring and keeping them abreast of best practice, representing the intertek brand.

Required skills and experience:

• Previous working experience of working in Corporate Treasury experience
• Mentoring teams to success and driving delivery
• Hold an accounting or treasury qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AMCT)
• Advanced excel skills for reporting and formatting robust reports
• Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines
• Attention to detail, problem-solving and the ability to influence change in the organisation
• Strong relationship builder and ability to work in partnership with networks
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Key activities:

• Assist in maintaining banking relationships and the contribution to the global cash management and liquidity strategy
• Lead global cash management and investment initiatives
• Lead treasury system implementations and improvements
• Compliance and KYC reporting
• Prepare monthly treasury reports for senior management
• Analyse and report Group exposures
• Assist the Assistant Group Treasurer with the Group's hedging strategy proposing new techniques in line with the Treasury Policy
• Implement a weekly cash flow forecast for the Group
• Manage and process changes of static data in the Group's Treasury Management System
• Support ad-hoc projects - strategic, regulatory and audits
