In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, leading projects that enhance our travel stores and ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible. You'll collaborate with a passionate team, where your contributions will be valued and supported.
This role sits within Strategy, PMO and Operations, reporting into the Head of Strategic Operations. You'll act as a central point of coordination across Travel Operations, Property, Commercial, Finance and Central Operations, helping ensure key Travel initiatives are planned, governed and delivered effectively
What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of Travel projects and initiatives
- Managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions
- Producing project updates, reporting and governance materials
- Coordinating communications across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Supporting decision-making forums and governance reviews
- Driving consistency, control and continuous improvement in project delivery
What you'll need to have (our must-haves):
- Experience managing projects, workstreams or programmes through structured plans, milestones and delivery tracking
- Confidence managing risks, issues, actions, dependencies and governance documentation
- Ability to produce clear updates, reporting and decision-making materials
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in retail, operations, travel, property or commercial project environments
- Experience supporting tender, bid or new site opening activity
- Understanding of PMO ways of working, governance standards and project controls
- Experience maintaining a roadmap across multiple workstreams
- Confidence facilitating cross-functional meetings or governance forums
