Travel Omnichannel Development Manager - 12 Month FTC

Are you an aficionado of marketing with experience of development and transformation of key channels? Now is an exciting time to join our Coop Travel team and take a lead in the growth of our omnichannel proposition.

To be successful in the Omnichannel Development Manager role you will be accustomed to delivering multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

You will be integral to putting the customer experience at the heart of everything you do.

The Omnichannel Development Manager will operate as the right-hand of the Head of Omnichannel ensuring that we continually develop our offering for our customers and members.

As the Omnichannel Development Manager, you can expect to:
• Develop relevant business-led and technology-led channel transformation opportunities by combining customer & member insight with analysis into emerging trends, technology needs and assessment of current channels
• Scope includes experience, infrastructure, technology, capability, appropriate leverage of data and colleague experience, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create business cases with clear targets to secure funding and lead robustly governed delivery projects to agreed timescales and budgets. Includes full development cycle from agreeing requirements, solution design & testing, routes to market, development and delivery with delivery partners (eg property, IT, operations, HR)
• Integrate Membership requirements into design & delivery plans as required, adopting Brand, Member and service standards into all initiatives
• Work with Travel Channels & HR teams to ensure developments are operationally robust and manage transition into effective BAU operation, supporting issue resolution & snagging during transition
• Lead specific workstreams to develop & deliver online experience, infrastructure, capability and usability, ensuring integration with other channels, application of best practise and robust testing. Includes but is not limited to workstreams across

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office.
