Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 Rotational shift pattern start time 07:45am
Location: Bridgewater - TA6 4AT

We're now looking for a Transport Shift Manager to take the helm of our daily transport operations!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
- Accountable for delivering a safe, high quality, and customer focused service on shift at all times
- Training and development of direct reports and colleagues on shift in line with their personal aspirations and the needs of the business
- Manage operational performance, resource and workload planning on shift to achieve agreed KPI's on productivity, quality and cost
- Accountable for delivering a safe, high quality, and customer focused service on shift at all times
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hold an International CPC Qualification (desirable)
- Have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience of leading teams in a complex Retail logistics / Transport environment
- Demonstrable record of building and developing teams, driving high performance and engaging with colleagues at all levels
