We are recruiting a Transport Manager to join our Warrington Hub, where you will manage 31 direct reports, made up of experienced Transport Admins, Van & HGV Drivers.

Ideally, You will have experience within a Transport Planning, Supervisor or Managerial position/s, with the ability to demonstrate taking on ownership of communication and engagement of Internal and External Stakeholders, and ensure that SLA's are met consistently.

• Lead and inspire a team of transport professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all transport regulations and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
• Oversee the day-to-day transport operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Transport Manager - What We're Looking For:

• A valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
• A proven track record in transport planning, supervising or management, with a strong focus on people leadership and engagement.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
