As a Transport Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles by effectively managing the workload and supervising the transport department. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the courtesy car fleet and de-fleeting procedures
• Coordinating with recovery companies and loan car suppliers
• Ensuring adherence to Customer Service level agreements
• Managing and resolving customer complaints and other related issues
• Conducting audits on department functions and monitoring compliance with cash collection rules

About You

You will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven experience as a Transport Manager, supervising teams and managing workload ideally in an accident repair centre or similar transport logistic facility
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively contribute to team morale
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve objectives
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
