What you'll be doing;
- Set up and supervise drivers daily route sheets and paperwork
- Complete weekly allocation spreadsheet in conjunction with route sheet
- Be a point of contact for all transport queries
- Carry out periodic checks of driving licence, ADR certificate, CPC card checks
- Coordination of breakdowns and recovery
- Liaising and managing service providers internal and external to book all scheduled and non scheduled work
- Managing inhouse fleet maintenance and compliance system
- Raising and managing purchasing order system
- Managing driver tachograph compliance
- Assist with driver daily debriefs / counselling forms
What we're looking for;
Essential
- Previous experience gained working within transport
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills
Desirable
- Previous experience working within the waste industry
