Salary: £27,046.32 plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday ( 8am - 4.30pm, including 30 min unpaid break)

What you'll be doing;
- Handling day-to-day queries from drivers, customers and other internal departments
- Data input onto Tranman, Workday, spreadsheets, other internal software, raising POs.
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Dealing with vehicle and transport administration
- Ensuring all required administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the office
- Providing support and liaison between the administration department, customers, third party suppliers and internal teams
- Dealing with and escalating service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protecting the company image and brand
- Ad hoc duties within the Admin Team
- Conducting driver debriefs
- Downloading Tachograph Card information and processing driver paperwork
What we're looking for;
Essential:
- Previous relevant Admin Experience
- Confident using Microsoft Office and transport management systems (training will be provided for internal software)
- Strong attention to detail and being able to take notes during the meetings
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable with good punctuality and attendance
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role preferred
