Job Title: Transformation Project Lead

Salary: £61,110 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering Procurement transformation, optimisation and business change activity, working across teams to facilitate collaboration, engagement and progress against outcomes
- Supporting the Head of Transformation to shape and guide the approach to transformation, optimisation and business change within the Procurement organisation
- Applying good practice project & programme management to underpin delivery (stakeholder engagement & management; project planning & tracking; regular meeting reviews, programme governance; RAID management; KPI development & tracking), and constructively challenging through review if we are responding to the needs of the business
- Managing stakeholders from across the organisation to both drive engagement and support integration and interdependency management
- Acting as a champion of business change and continuous improvement within the Procurement organisation, leading by example and bringing others with you on your journey
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- A background in the delivery and management of business transformation and change initiatives
- Strong project and programme management expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving & analytical mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of seniority, up to and including Director
- Working in or with a large, international organisation
Desirable:
- Background in business consulting (either internally or externally)
- Strategic cost management/cost efficiency experience
- A relevant degree and/or formal project management qualification

The Procurement Optimisation team:
We are seeking a confident, organised and pro-active individual who has demonstrable experience in the design and programme management of transformational change to join the Procurement Optimisation Team, reporting to the Head of Transformation.
As a senior member of the team, you will cultivate a culture of commitment, excellence and passion for continuous improvement and business optimisation, and spearhead the transformative programmes that enable the Procurement organisation to deliver on our commitments.
You’ll thrive on the challenge and curiosity of the unknown, shaping the future of our Procurement function through meticulous programme management of transformative initiatives, and have a passion for driving engagement across the teams within Procurement to support implementation of change activity.
