The role:

Transformation Manager

As an integral member of the IAG Cargo Transformation Office this role will be responsible for partnering with key business areas to accelerate key transformational change programmes. You will embed yourself within the IAG Cargo leadership teams to support the wider transformation plan, provide external perspective/challenge, and increase the bandwidth of the senior leaders you support by using data to drive insightful and innovate decision making.

What you'll do:

• Ensure all programmes meet the agreed transformation agenda and drive execution, applying best practice across different streams where appropriate.
• Agile deployment into tactical programmes to ensure transformation delivery on time and within budget, ensuring all risks mitigations are put in place.
• Supporting business areas with external perspective and insightful, thorough analysis to recommend areas for improvement.
• Responsible for continuous review of the portfolio of work across workstreams to help teams to identify dependencies, cross departmental issues and gaps to enable proactive issue resolution.
• Analysing robust data sets and running bottom-up diagnostics on departments to highlight underlying opportunities to develop quality transformational plans, not just incremental delivery.
• Challenge teams and processes to ensure targets are being met using an agile mindset.
• Pro-actively manage the agendas and commissioning papers for key internal and external meetings, and in some cases chairing meetings or leading working groups or committees.
• Continuously communicating the vision, objectives and milestones throughout the organisation and with wider partners and stakeholders.

What you'll bring to IAG Cargo:

• Able to balance strategic thinking, creativity, planning, project and process management, operations and administrative execution with exceptional communications capabilities and judgment
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret large data sets and use the output to recommend, and crucially achieve buy in for, necessary improvements
• Strong programme management experience across large, complex programmes.
• Bring structure, visibility, rigour and professionalism to transformation and performance in an open, collaborative culture
• Ability to work at pace in an ambiguous environment, good with process, with a bias towards execution

Your experience:

Qualifications
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
