Salary: £50,511 - £58,266 per annum

Grade - G

Fixed Term Contract to 30th June 2025

37 Hours per Week

This is an exciting time to join a redesigned HR&OD function that is making a real contribution to enable our services to have a positive impact on the Borough by modernising how we work.

The postholder will lead the delivery of the HR Transactional Services function, including Recruitment and HR Help Desk, by providing an accurate and efficient service that supports and advises managers and employees. Working with HR and ICT systems experts, you'll ensure our processes are redesigned in line with our vision to enable new ways of working through increased digitisation by providing insight on legislative requirements and best practice.

To succeed, you will need experience of managing a HR transactional team and able to demonstrate relevant specialist knowledge including HR administration, recruitment and agency contract management. You'll have a track record of working collaboratively to identify and implement changes to improve HR systems that enable self-service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
