What's the role?

The Leyland Facility is where the Chicago Town Pizzas started over 30 years ago. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for developing people and driving operational excellence to join our state-of-the-art production facility. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering training programs that empower our teams to produce the Dr. Oetker and Chicago Town branded pizzas we are so proud of.

Who we are looking for?

At Dr. Oetker, we believe that our employees play a key role in our success. To help shape our future, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a graduate in learning and development, business management, or a related field (or has equivalent experience).

• Has proven experience in a training management or implementation role, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing, where they've been instrumental in driving training initiatives.

• Demonstrates a passion for coaching, mentoring, and upskilling others, with a track record of embedding structured training programs into organisations.

• Is a confident communicator who can engage with employees at all levels, fostering trust and collaboration.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to adapt and prioritise to meet deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in training design tools, project management, and IT systems (such as SAP or LMS platforms) is highly desirable.
