BRM - Sales Enablement (Fitch Ratings) is currently seeking a Training & Development Manager based out of our London office.

BRM's global Sales Enablement Team is tasked with ensuring that Fitch Rating's Business & Relationship Management team (BRM) has the right resources in place to sell more effectively. The team seeks to improve BRM's ability to spend more time on revenue and value-generating activities and less time on admin-related tasks. The team focuses on improvements in BRM's processes, technology reporting, content, and training.

We'll Count on You To:

  • Training Sessions & Drop-In Support: Conduct regular BRM training sessions on Salesforce processes and procedures, tailored to the audience with sector and regional-specific examples. Facilitate open drop-in sessions for BRM team members to ask questions, request demos, or seek further instructions.
  • Training Material Review: Evaluate existing training materials, identifying those that remain relevant and categorizing them by audience (sector, region, role, title, etc.).
  • Identify Training Gaps: Utilize surveys, material reviews, and interviews with sector representatives to pinpoint significant training gaps within BRM, especially concerning BRM systems, Salesforce, Qlik dashboards, SAP, and other critical tools.
  • Training Material Production: Prioritize and develop a schedule for creating new training materials based on the review and identified gaps. These materials should support BRM focused training sessions & self-service training. Materials should also be adapted to enhance the business knowledge of Salesforce development, QA, and support teams. Ensure that the materials are scalable and easy to maintain.
  • AI Training BOT: Represent SE to support development of an AI BOT.
  • Relationship building: Develop internal relationships with the wider Business Relationship Management to ensure Salesforce & SE objectives meet their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with other members of the SE & Salesforce teams to ensure group objectives are met

What You Need to Have:

  • Minimum 3 year experience creating Training materials is required.
  • Minimum 3 year experience providing structured and informal training is required.
  • Minimum 3 year experience working with Salesforce is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Forms would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with or developing AI tools would be advantageous.
