Salary £39,513 - £44,711 Per Annum | Fixed term 12 month contract, Full time | 37 hours per week
Training and Development Manager
12-month contract
If you have a strong background in training, excellent communication skills and are passionate about all aspects of customer service we want to hear from you! A key part of this role will involve helping our operational team provide the best possible experience in all aspects of customer service with a particular focus on supporting customers with available technology and promoting self-serve appropriately.
As our Training and Development Manager you will create a strong and effective training program that helps support all colleagues within Customer Access to provide a better customer experience. You will play a key role in preparing and delivering training for Customer Access ensuring the smooth transition of changes to service delivery.

Assessments will be on 21/02/2025 or 24/02/2025 - Completed virtually (Approximately 90 minutes)
Interviews will be on 26/02/2025 or 27/02/2025 - In person at Lancashire House, Accrington. BB5 OFL.
