Job Description
The Elevation Programme is a fast-track development opportunity designed to build future leaders within our Product, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. You will gain first-hand exposure to how a high-volume, global retail supply chain operates from factory floor to customer.
This programme offers a unique opportunity to influence product performance, availability, and profitability for the UK's largest sports retailer by working directly with our sourcing and manufacturing partners.
What You'll Do
Year 1: Supply Chain Foundations
You will work closely with multiple factories that manufacture products for our brands, gaining full ownership of the product lifecycle, including:
- Have insight into product design, development, and factory onboarding
- Demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation
- Managing amendments, production timelines, and logistics flows
- Quality control, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Reviewing performance data to optimise categories and improve supply efficiency
Factory partners attend weekly trading and performance reviews at our Shirebrook HQ, giving you regular exposure to commercial trading decisions, supplier negotiations, and operational problem-solving.
Year 2: Specialisation & Scale
Building on your foundation year, you will specialise in a defined area of the supply chain (e.g. sourcing, planning, production, or category optimisation), while gaining exposure across additional brands and product categories within the Group.
To accelerate your progression into leadership roles within Supply Chain and Commercial teams, you will receive:

- Direct insight and mentorship from senior leaders across Frasers Group
- Structured development focused on commercial acumen, data-led decision making, and supplier management
Qualifications
- A degree is not essential; candidates from Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Digital, Fashion & Merchandising, or Management backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Permanent right to work in the UK
Skills
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost, quality, and speed
- Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office to analyse complex data
- Able to translate supply chain data into clear business actions
- Passion for retail and product, with an eye for consumer trends
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusted supplier and internal partnerships
