The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

Salary: £12.00 per hour + bonus

Location: Edinburgh

Hours: 40 per week - Saturday, Sunday and 3 midweek days

Length of programme: 6 - 9 months

*Due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is essential*

What will you be getting up to?

• The programme will run for typically six to nine months
• You will get a dedicated coach from the sales management team
• There will be ongoing peer-to-peer support
• A week-by-week comprehensive development programme
• The opportunity to regularly shadow experienced and established Sales Executives
• Weekly meetings with your coach
• The opportunity to experience each department onsite, share your ideas and apply your training
• Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will move to a Sales Executive position with an OTE of £40k
