This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple properties and departments within our growing estate of hotels. As a key member of our operational team, you will be immersed in all aspects of hotel management, working closely with senior leaders to develop the skills and experience needed for a future managerial position in one of our properties.

This role involves being based at different hotel locations for extended periods, with accommodation provided as part of the package. The position requires living and working at various sites depending on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of various departments, including Front Office,
    Kitchen, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
  • Work alongside General Managers and senior leaders to learn hotel management best
    practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support the team in enhancing the guest
    experience.
  • Take part in planning and executing hotel events, promotions, and initiatives.
  • Assist in training and supervising team members to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
  • Be flexible and responsive to the varying needs of each hotel in our estate.
  • Uphold company standards, policies, and brand values across all locations.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices.
  • Perform Duty Management shifts as required.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment promoting teamwork and employee
    satisfaction.

The idea candidate will have:

  • A passion for hospitality and guest service excellence.
  • A willingness and ability to travel regularly and work across multiple hotel locations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A flexible, positive, and adaptable mindset.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential).
  • A commitment to developing a career in hotel management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • The ability to lead, multi-task, and make decisions in fast-paced environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
