We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Valuer/Lister to join our thriving residential sales teams across Bournemouth. This role offers the potential to fast-track into a management training program for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main focus will be securing property listings and new instructions, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also help maximise opportunities by scheduling appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in Estate Agency
• Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Valuations Manager; or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator seeking career growth
• Exceptional customer care and service skills
• Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication abilities
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
• Full UK driving licence
