The Traffic Manager at ITG plays a crucial role in the efficient planning and execution of projects across the agency. Acting as the central point of communication, you will be responsible for overseeing project workflows and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, delivering projects on time and within budget.
As an empathetic Traffic Manager, you'll have a unique blend of technical expertise and creative insight that will enable you to unite our creative teams and help us produce fantastic projects.
Your enthusiasm for problem-solving will shine through as you engage with every aspect of the project. You'll be collaborating with client services and key stakeholders across the business to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, prioritise, and schedule incoming projects to the creative team while maintaining a clear understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with account management and creative teams to establish timelines and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
- Monitor project progression, address any roadblocks, and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure that the right talent is assigned to each project based on skillset and availability.
- Maintain project documentation and follow up on deadlines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure they are met.
Success in this role requires:
- An ability to think critically and strategically to address project challenges proactively.
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- An excellent capacity for communication, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or traffic management within an agency or creative environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Project Management) is preferred but not mandatory.
