Job Description
As a Trading Product Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of analysts. You would guide the analysis of product data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, with a strong emphasis on trading metrics, ensuring the team provides high-quality, actionable insights.
Reporting to the Head of Trading Analysis, you will be part of the Trading Performance team, who provide high-quality, actionable insights to various areas of the business, offering strategic recommendations that influence product and business decisions.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts.
- Guide the analysis of product data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, with a strong emphasis on Trading metrics, ensuring the team provides high-quality, actionable insights.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of analytical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage resources effectively and adapt plans as necessary to meet changing priorities.
- Define, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in influencing at a senior level and building networks to achieve strategic goals.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior analysts or team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Skilled in assigning tasks appropriately, balancing workloads, and trusting team members to execute their responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to align analytical findings with broader business objectives
Expertise in translating complex data into clear, compelling stories.
