Job Description

As Trading Manager you'll be responsible for delivering the Hospitality Cluster Operating plan and Twin-track strategy, • by driving volume, sales and market share within your categories (Café, Deli Counters, Hot Chicken, Marketplaces, Vended Coffee and Coffee on Bakery)

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Management of end-to-end profitability across Hospitality including new propositions (ensuring trials are op profit accretive) and are in line with the Hospitality strategy.
  • Oversight and management of Hospitality labour, concession management, new business development, opex and consumables spend
  • Deliver profit growth through driving the Value Optimisation (VO) programme and managing key costs such as promotional spend, waste, labour costs and stock loss
  • Work with and influence your Trading Manager peer group to drive ways of working and alignment across the Food Group, to ensure Hospitality is seen as a priority
  • Translate the Food strategy including universal range, promotional strategy and central policy, into an implementation plan and framework for the Category
