Who are we?
The EUI Trading team are experts in commercial trading across both agencies and direct clients and the function sits within the heart of GBS. We collaborate with all areas of the TikTok business enabling our expertise in driving priorities for TikTok through optimal trading agreements with our key partners; driving mutual growth and outcomes.
Local market trading leaders sit in local markets and report to the Head of Trading based in London. The trading manager will be located in London and work with the trading team with core responsibilities reporting to the head of trading. The core responsibility will be data management and analysis/reporting in addition to project management for the trading team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to success of the trading team, enabling efficiency and support to drive key strategic development and execution of agency trading & client deals by managing and evolving overall reporting capabilities.
- Responsible for revenue and deal analysis for EUI level with BI development and produce management and summaries required.
- Driving communication flow of key topics and projects from central trading to the local market leads and being responsible for documentation and timeframe management.
- Develop and drive internal trading communication and materials to the wider GBS business and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows to ensure improvements/delivery for contracts, product and general processes.
- Drive trading operational processes and documentation within teams in alignment with key stakeholders such as the MSO and legal team.
- Provide support to EUI Head of Trading on client meeting materials and documentation.
- Management for trading team meetings and offsites and ad hoc requirements.
- Assist on client AdHoc requests or intelligence required for deal support.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Understanding and experience of trading/agency landscape in Europe via experience working agency side or at digital platform, preferably with negotiation experience.
- Exceptional organisation, analytical and numerical skills with the ability to work with and learn new systems in addition to Excel and Microsoft office. Any programming skills would be an advantage but not necessary.
- A good problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box to achieve solutions.
- A strong, proactive and energetic mindset that is adaptive to internal teams and client interactions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, the successful candidate will be the 'first port of call' for all trading enquiries across TikTok, EUI and globally and will work with all GBS and XFN partners.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and management of high levels of stakeholders often managing multiple tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Desire to contribute on and in the longer term be client facing and co-lead/lead deal negotiations.
- Any additional European language skills are an advantage, the successful candidate would be working across markets in EMEA
