Job Description

Legal and General Asset Management are currently looking to hire a Trade Services Senior Analyst to own the Middle Office support model workflow from an oversight perspective to support the business, primarily to manage cancel and rebooks within CRD. To partner with the business and stakeholders to help define roles and responsibilities and rollout a more broadened support model and roles and responsibility matrix

With the outsourcing of BAU to a 3rd party vendor there is a requirement to design and build a Middle Office support mode for the business with primary focus on cancel and rebooks in CRD, but to be developed into a much broader support model to ensure we are supporting the business to the standard expected

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting all cancel/rebooks in CRD for all product types
  • Working with outsource providers and Portfolio managers to cancel and rebook NDF fixing rate trades and non-economic trade rebooks within CRD
  • Using CRD to export and send trade blotters
  • Facing off to outsource providers and third parties to increase the level of service we are receiving
  • Participating in strategic planning with the business and stakeholders to determine a target operating support model with clearly documented roles and responsibilities
  • Developing a CRD roadmap customized to the LGIM environment.
  • Creating/reviewing procedures that reflect processes, policies, and any workflows needed to support the trade services process and activities for retained and outsourced services
  • Partnering with Technology and the business to support the development of improved product templates and customize the CRD product roadmap
  • Completing daily trade retained services/tasks for all asset types effectively and in line with market and regulatory deadlines. Proactively working with LGIM stakeholders, Outsource Provider, and third parties to ensure all asset services activities are managed
  • Working in partnership and collaboration with team members and outsourced providers to ensure daily tasks are completed in line with agreed service standards and deadlines (including accuracy, timeliness, and client service measures)

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

  • Previous Middle Office experience with knowledge of CRD
  • Extensive product knowledge covering all vanilla asset classes
  • Demonstrate experience of the asset management industry/experience relevant to role and activities performed
  • Strong knowledge in the outsourced service area covering operational service delivery knowledge and client expectations
  • Experience in working with and overseeing 3rd party relationship service delivery
  • Client focussed and able to liaise with all levels of seniority internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, KPI's, KRIs and Service Levels.
  • Strong influencing skills in managing relationship / client service engagement.
