Key Accountabilities

• Have an over arching understanding of the trade plan, supporting the delivery of the Food Group strategy
• Manage and maintain relationships across the Food Group including buying teams, supply chain, marketing and retail operations to ensure alignment cross functionally, in order to enable successful delivery of the trade plan from vision stage right through to implementation in store
• Co-ordinating and gathering data for meetings and presenting and leading sessions
• Ensuring all trade plan documents are accurate, up to date and delivered within critical path
• Ability to analyse data and escalate any risks that may affect the trade plan or critical path

• Strong organisational skills

• Personable with great communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge effectively at peer level as well as more senior
