Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.
As Trade Marketing Manager UKI, you will be responsible for all marketing activities for defined channels of trade (COTs) across UKI region.
- You will be the owner of the marketing calendar and marketing budget for your COTs to ensure maximum visibility and ROI whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
- You will work with the Brand Managers and Sales Teams to implement strategy and B2B & B2C marketing activities in this channel within the UKI wholesale business. You will drive brand visibility, volume, and value within budget and time by ensuring that both sales force and trade are supported with the appropriate tools and selling mechanics to positively affect both business-to-business sales and increased consumer demand.
- You will create, execute and evaluate marketing plans and campaigns with clients to maximise our mix, sell-out, brand awareness and conversion to value.
- You will be supporting training, dedicated staff on at the POS, and brand events.
- You will drive the change: implementing new ways of working, capitalizing on synergies, and strengthening the digitalization/consumer journey.
Your background, skills and experience:
- Several years of proven trade marketing experience, ideally within a wholesale or FMCG environment.
- Project management skills would be highly preferable;
- Strong problem solving skills, analytical and organizational skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrable interest or experience in the luxury goods and eyewear markets;
- Excellent leadership and team working skills to influence others.
