We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd's, Europe and North America.

As we continue to grow, our Claims Operations Manager is looking for a TPA Manager to onboard and manage a range of third-party claims services firms across our UK and European jurisdictions.

In this unique role, you will work with a range of partners across multiple geographies, ensuring they are effectively managed and delivering our claims strategy. This is a unique opportunity for someone from an insurance claims background that is more interested in the supplier/procurement side of things, and who wants to make an impact in a growing firm.

Responsibilities
• Management of the Delegated Authority Framework, including TPA relationship & performance management oversight.
• Undertaking the onboarding process for any new TPAs that Compre acquires that attach to a legacy portfolio. This will include undertaking a due diligence process and updating existing contracts where required to ensure we have the sufficient oversight.
• Ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations and performance standards by these providers, through regular interaction and supervision.
• Working with TPAs to ensure compliance with Compre's best practice claims handling processes and procedures.
• Management of the TPA audit framework, to include audit scheduling, scoping and ensuring subsequent action plans are issued and adhered to by the TPAs following the audit.
• Working with internal stakeholders on any TPA fee negotiations, preparing a full analytical review and rationale for any price increase.
• Providing insight and knowledge to claims leadership in the procurement of TPA services for new and existing deals.
• Assist in the design and optimisation of the TPA operating model, using knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of commercial contracts with third parties, providing consistency and alignment with our overall objectives and required outcomes.
• Overseeing delegated authorities, ensuring that correct and relevant license levels are provided to TPA's and that these are adhered to.
• Oversight of the TPA bordereau processes, including review of performance metrics and management of loss funds.

Candidate requirements
• Right to work in this location.
• Have a proven track record of effective management of outsourced service providers in a Claims environment for Lloyd's and non-Lloyd's business.
• At least 5 years' experience in delegated authority management
• Have an exceptional level of experience in implementing and managing commercial contracts with external service providers.
• Can demonstrate excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships.
• Show analytical skills, with a strong problem-solving approach.
• Have strong computer skills including intermediate/advanced MS Excel and Word skills.
• Have great planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage their own time alongside the demands of managing multiple service providers.
• Are outcome focused showing an attention to detail and ability to challenge and supervise TPA's when required, to ensure high standards of services are maintained.
• Have excellent communication skills.
