The Team:
Our London-based team is integral to TikTok's eCommerce success, collaborating closely with Creators, Merchants, and Agencies. We are responsible for devising and implementing strategies that drive growth and efficiency, supported by a culture of transparency and trust.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize resource allocation, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency within TikTok Shop's EMEA region.
- Resource Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation, including budget, traffic and technology, to support the achievement of business objectives under resource constraints.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and data modeling to identify emerging trends, uncover opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors' strategies, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (such as KPIs, ROI etc.) to track progress against strategic goals and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in operational strategy, data analysis, or consulting within the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of driving data-driven projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior success in user value/lifetime value enhancement or user acquisition strategy is highly preferred.
- Experience working within E-commerce, Technology, Social Media or related industries.
- Comfortable navigating global organizational structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, enabling effective communication in multiple senior stakeholder meetings across the business, though it is not essential.
