About the team
The mission of the EU Shopping Center Operation team is to increase the awareness of Shop tab campaigns and developing marketing strategies, for user engagement and experience enhancement purposes.
As the Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing localized marketing and campaign strategies at Shop Tab.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for increasing the awareness of Shop tab campaigns, including defining the positioning of the campaigns and developing marketing strategies both inside and outside the platform to enhance awareness of Shoptab's campaigns and attract organic traffic.
-Design and execute awareness and communication plans for Shop tab, effectively integrating internal and external resources to expand shop tab influence and exposure through content creation, influencer collaborations, advertising, etc.
-Control the entire process of user insights, Shop tab campaign positioning, etc., and conduct digital analysis of marketing effectiveness for meticulous management.
-Possess strong creative ability, collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials for Shop tab campaigns and generate viral marketing effects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-Familiar with international market trends, excellent market insights, and strategic thinking. Highly innovative, with logical analytical skills, and adept at leveraging data to gain in-depth understanding of user needs, behaviors, and product development.
-Excellent English communication and writing skills, capable of collaborating with international teams to drive global marketing efforts.
-Familiar with the UK market.

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience on e-commerce platforms or awareness.
-Prior experience in successfully shaping mental images and overseas mental branding cases is preferred.
