The Home & Electronics cluster team manages businesses within the broader electronics, home & living categories. The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals: phone & accessories, home appliances, personal care appliances, home supplies, furnishing, sports & outdoors, etc. The Home & Electronics team is set for growth with continuous commitment to merchants and customer experience. This role is based in our London office.

Responsibilities
- Identifying, prioritizing and growing emerging merchants as well as designing long-term strategies to develop existing accounts on TikTok Shop;
- Driving and managing the merchant partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous merchant development;
- Work with creator management team, Shopping Center team, campaign team to drive cold-start and scaling of merchants' businesses;
- Utilizing data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions. Driving solutions with various cross functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Experienced in relatable in-category management, at an e-commerce company, a large retailer, or agency side or other company with specialism in category;
- Strong knowledge of the UK Electronics landscape and consumer demands;

Preferred Qualifcations
- Understanding of social commerce and content making is a plus;
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
