Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As the leader of creator and content governance, you will be responsible for leading a regional team that uses policies and operational processes to improve users viewing experience and design strategic roadmaps to build a sustainable EC creator ecosystem.

What You'll Do
• Become an expert of E-commerce content making, design strategic roadmap, and provide mentorship and guidance to build a successful team
• Drive leadership and execution in video, live-streaming policymaking, and creators' account health management
• Triage risks/problems, prepare risk assessments of threats and action plans based on gathered market knowledge
• Surface important cultural trends, analyze data to provide insights of user behaviors and use A/B testing to iterate traffic distribution
• Design, coordinate and execute a variety of high profile ad hoc insights projects using a range of various methodologies to understand users' viewing and purchasing preferences and iterate content strategies accordingly to provide the most trustworthy and localized content for each region
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including creator ops, T&S, legal and product to ensure project delivery and information sync-ups
• Identify product feature improvement opportunities, and channel this feedback in a structured and timely manner to the Product and Engineering teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in operations/policy making/entertainment industry
- Proven experience of people management as well as managing cross-regional teams
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership
- Experience conceiving, coordinating, analyzing and disseminating qualitative and quantitative research projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated past success working in a matrix environment and ability to influence key stakeholders
- Deep experience in exploring culture, using anthropology and semiotics methodologies and applying those insights into content quality improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Proficiency in other EMEA languages is a plus, given the need to cooperate with stakeholders from across the region, and occasionally review compliance documents in multiple languages.
