UK Operations team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and growing new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of merchants and thousands of products which customers are able to buy on TikTok Shop. Merchants sell by posting their own content, or by working with creators to post content on their behalf. The team is set to grow throughout 2025 in order to continue to deliver sales for our merchants and ensure customers continue to have access to market leading brands in the UK.
Job Description
-Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as core lever towards the growth of the Germany TikTok commerce, be the key stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects, from strategy through to execution, optimize efficiency and drive execution
-Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
-Support strategic projects to drive platform growth
-Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with category teams, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams for campaign creation and optimization
-Keep abreast of trends on social media, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Relevant experience in large commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies
-Deep understanding of the ecommerce industry & its business structure, influencers, social media, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape
-Excellent project management skill and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, being patient and humble, with good sense of budget management and practical mathematical knowledge
-Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
experience from working across different cultures preferred.
Preferred Qualifcations
- Experience managing campaigns for a social commerce platform
- Knowledge of live-selling and shoppable videos
- Advanced excel/SQL/Python
