As part of the wider TikTok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Ascending Creator team is responsible for growing our mid-tier creators, a growing pool of affiliates who produce consistent e-commerce content. The team grows and engages creators through our community channels, through targeted education, brand matchmaking/partnerships, content strategy, content merchandising and platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with TikTok Shop Ascending Creators
- Assist creators in developing their e-commerce content strategy and audience growth plans through; goal-setting, campaign and brand opportunities and key content/merchandise directions
- Monitor and analyse the performance metrics of creator campaigns and shoppable content, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise creator content and imp[rove sales performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Category, Product, Legal, Governance) to optimise processes, remove any friction to creator experiences and further support affiliate GMV growth
- Provide support and troubleshooting for technical issues that creators may encounter
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in creator management, affiliate marketing or digital/social media marketing
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data to drive creator growth plans
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and cross-functional teams
- A good team player, fast learner and open to challenges
- UK market experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream affiliate programs, e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong connections with creators and talent agencies is advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in live shopping may be beneficial
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
