The Creative team produces visual design and UX design that improves TikTok Shop user experience for campaigns, social, etc.The design team is comprised of world-class visual designers, 3D experts, motion designers and UX designers. We have a passion for, and deep knowledge of TikTok as a platform, and are full of ideas that will help propel the product into the future.

Responsibilities:
1. Concept development: Strong conceptual thinker. Understanding the e-commerce operation needs and goals. Brainstorming with operation and marketing strategists to bring core narratives to concept;
2. Art direction: Harness best-in-class production practices, stay up to date on graphics and design trends, resources and innovation to push boundaries and enhance TikTok Shop's creativity;
3. Maintain campaign design system: Contribute and maintain TikTok Shop visual identity guidelines 4B and 4C.
4. Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback;
5. Understand product specifications and user psychology;
6. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success;
7. Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. Find creative ways to solve UX problems;
8. Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs;
9. Communicating design ideas and prototypes to developers and programmers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years B2C visual and interaction design experience in tech companies with illustration and motion skills;
2. A depth of knowledge in digital culture and the audiences that populate them;
3. Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences;
4. Good communicator and ability to design and articulate your concepts in a clear, concise manner;
5. Fluent in English, secondary languages such as Spanish, French, Germany language capability is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. E-commerce campaign experiences;
2. Have UX design background, know how to do user research and deliver prototypes;
3. 3D design skills;
4. AIGC skill is a plus.
