About the team
The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop UK's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means.

About the role
The Seller Incentive Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing incentive programs to drive seller performance and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of sales dynamics and motivational techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Incentive Program Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive incentive programs that align with business goals and drive seller performance, including segmentation, life cycle management, A/B test, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure incentive programs are integrated with overall sales strategies.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, product development, marketing teams to ensure alignment and support for incentive initiatives.
- Communicate program details and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the budget for incentive programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Track and report on program expenditures and financial performance.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all incentive programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into program designs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports on program performance and impact by building dashboards and regular business reporting.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all incentive programs and processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for those with over 3 years of experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce.
2. Sensitive to data, with a strong interest and understanding of activity conversion funnels, user profiling, and segmentation methodologies.
3. Strong logical thinking, capable of high-quality goal breakdown and priority assessment.
4. Independent and capable, with strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain level of stress.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
-Strong team player, who takes strong ownership of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results.
-Proven ability to successfully thrive in a changing and fast-moving industry.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
