TikTok Commerce - Merchant Growth Program Manager

About the team
The Merchant Growth team manages the incubation journey for new sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU.
As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective programs and workstreams thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business.
This role is suited for an experienced Operations Manager, Program Manager or Project Manager, with e-commerce experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, execute and iterate growth strategies for merchant incubation.
- Monitor growth metrics, identify trends, conduct attribution analysis and optimize growth directions.
- Discover growth opportunities through data analysis, develop corresponding solutions and plans.
- Based on an understanding of different seller segments, develop differentiated scaleable/mass growth strategies.
- Analyze the results of seller missions, find opportunities for further iterations.
- Understand issues and translate them into solutions that improve processes and workflows.
- Proactively identify problems and opportunities, propose and implement solutions.
- Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, with 2-3 years work experience in Operations, Program management, and/or Project Management.
- Experience working in at least one fast-paced startup and within e-commerce.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau and Excel/Sheets
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Data analysis, reporting (both will also be tested through case study)
- Excellent project management skills
- Work culture (high workload/fast paced/innovative)
- Basic SQL knowledge (can edit existing queries)
