About the team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.

The Logistics Strategy and Experience Manager will focus on define and oversee the ecommerce logistics network setup and operation in target countries, including local-to-local and connect cross border business, covers courier delivery, fulfilment warehouse, reverse logistics, buyer seller service and policy, to give our buyer seller the best logistics solution and experience

- Be responsible for target country logistics strategy and business growth, enable new markets logistics network by using existing market practice;
- Define both short-term and long-term strategy and optimal process to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumer, creators for the target market;
- Responsibility includes but not limited to market benchmark, pricing & competition landscape, warehousing & network design, carrier management, transport, fulfilment service
- Coordinate with internal and cross function team, resource and channels, ensure strategy will be implemented & launched with high quality to grow our ecosystems in target country.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- E-commerce Logistics and supply chain working experience and background, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role, have deep understanding of logistic network also end customer requirement,
- Have strong long term strategic mindset also solid execution and project management skill,
- Have experience of launching logistics business, expanding and managing scalable & efficient logistics network
- Data driven mindset, strong on data analysis

Preferred Qualifications
- Very familiar with logistics KPI matrix like volume, cost, operational efficiency, SOP, end user experience like lead time, service quality
- Have good understanding of UK and EU merchant, customer and ecommerce landscape,
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
