At the heart of London, Farringdon, working in a dynamic sales environment, with an opportunity to gain exposure and learn the TikTok way! In this role, you will be responsible for the full lead to onboard process, from prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing agreements with SMBs across four of TikTok Shops largest categories.

Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibility for acquiring and onboarding new sellers to TikTok Shop platform across various categories and channels.
2. Secondary responsibility is to educate prospects and new sellers of TikTok Shop growth strategies and tools to support the new seller Shop launch and help enhance their sales. Proactively learning the TikTok Shop resources to be able to articulate its benefits to external sellers.
3. Conduct mass vendor acquisition through a high volume of outreach via outbound cold calls, direct and hyper-personalised emails, instant messaging and other channels
4. Pitching cadence with the responsibility to overcome prospect objections and onboarding blockers
5. Review and monitor essential performance targets & KPIs in order to grow individual acquisition pipelines; self-sufficient management of the end-to-end leads to onboard process.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, proven significant experience in SDR (sales Development Representative) or related field.
- 3+ years of working experience in SDR (Sales Development Representative), Inside Sales, BDM, Vendor Acquisition, Mass Account Manager.
- Good knowledge of MS portfolio, experience with CRM, lead management is a must
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, competitive and driven to achieve the highest goal, consistent effort, commitment and willingness to go above and beyond when needed

-Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
