i360 is a leading visitor attraction in Brighton, offering unique experiences for guests of all ages. The Ticketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticketing operations, ensuring seamless customer transactions, maximising revenue, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
This role requires a strong understanding of ticketing systems, sales strategies, and operational efficiency to optimise visitor flow and satisfaction.
Ticketing Operations & Sales Management
- Oversee the daily operation of ticketing services, ensuring efficient and customer-friendly transactions.
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy in pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Monitor ticket sales, availability, and capacity management to optimise revenue and visitor flow.
- Implement strategies to maximise ticket sales, including upselling opportunities and special promotions.
- Ensure seamless integration of ticketing with other attraction services, such as memberships and group bookings.
Guest Experience & Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a smooth and efficient ticketing experience.
- Resolve customer issues related to ticketing promptly and professionally.
- Analyse customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the booking and entry experience.
- Work with front-line team members to ensure high standards of guest interaction and service delivery.
Revenue & Budget Management
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the finance team to maximise revenue.
- Monitor ticketing revenue and track performance against key business targets.
- Manage budgets for ticketing operations, ensuring cost-effective processes.
Technology & System Management
- Manage and maintain the ticketing software, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Work with IT and external providers to implement upgrades and improvements to the ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards in ticketing transactions.
Marketing & Partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ticketing promotions and campaigns.
- Work with corporate partners, travel agencies, and tourism organisations to drive ticket sales.
- Identify opportunities to expand distribution channels and online ticketing partnerships.
Supplier & Stakeholder Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with ticketing system providers and external vendors.
- Ensure that third-party resellers and agents align with i360's pricing and branding guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from ticket purchase to experience.
