About the role

The Dedicated Partner Experience Team Member will serve as the primary point of contact for an LFC partner, ensuring that all ticketing, hospitality, and event-related queries are handled efficiently and professionally. This role requires the management of hospitality and ticketing inventory, the facilitation of on-the-ground guest servicing for both home and away matches, and the delivery of non-match day events. The role will ensure smooth communication, coordination, and delivery of world-class services to VIP guests, partners, and stakeholders, enhancing their overall experience with Liverpool FC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, including match tickets, hospitality, event and experiences
  • Work closely with the LFC Partnerships Delivery Team to ensure all partner obligations are met, including timely approvals and escalations as needed.
  • Manage communications around LFC sponsorship assets, ensuring partners are kept up-to-date on events, and asset usage.
  • Ensure all match and event logistics are planned in advance, including hotel confirmations, visa documentation, and travel arrangements for overseas guests.
  • Distribute tickets and hospitality information to partners and ensure they have access to required matchday information.
  • Organize and manage on-the-ground guest servicing at home and away matches, including personal meet-and-greets at airports/train stations, hotel bookings, VIP gifts, and city experiences.
  • Create bespoke itineraries for VIPs and groups, including restaurant bookings, transfers, and other special requests.
  • Oversee temporary matchday staff to host in the sponsor's executive suite, ensuring an elevated experience for guests.
  • Plan and deliver non-match day events such as conferences, play-on-pitch events, golf days, and B2B or VIP meetings.
  • Manage logistics surrounding non-match day events, including transfers, hotels, and city experiences.
  • Developing relationships and collaborate with key suppliers including Anfield Events & Operations and all other external suppliers and venues.
  • Constantly seek to enhance the end to end client experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, event planning, or partner relationship management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in working with VIP clients and delivering high-end hospitality services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Proficiency in managing ticketing and hospitality inventory through online platforms.
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required for matchdays and events.
