Salary: £50,511 - £58,266 per annum

Grade G

Permanent

37 Hours per Week

  • Thurrock First is an integrated single point of access team across Mental Health, Social Care and Community Health. The post holder will provide management, support and oversight of the Thurrock First team, and will require the ability to respond to the changing pressures which the team face as an integrated physical, mental health and social care team.
  • The post holder will deliver a client focused service, which promotes excellent customer service and supports effective working relationships.
  • They will ensure delivery of a high quality and effective integrated service which responds in a timely manner, within statutory guidelines, policy and procedure.
  • Have overall responsibility for assessment, intervention, support planning and reviews of people with a range of physical and / or sensory needs, mental health difficulties and their carers.
  • Ensure the team deals with any safeguarding issues that might arise in line with Thurrock Councils, NELFT's and EPUT's policies and procedures.
  • Key aspect of the role is partnership working and engaging and maintaining key relationships to ensure standardised processes, quality and continuity of service across Thurrock.
  • Management of budget and financial resources.
  • Professional qualification in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or other relevant qualification recognised by the HCPC or NMC.
  • Enhanced DBS
