Third-Party Program Manager (80 - 100%; Hybrid)

As the Third-Party Program Manager you will work closely with the Head Platform to build and grow third-party providers on the RDS platform. You will be responsible for defining the Third-Party Provider strategy and execute on it including establishing and managing third party provider relationships as well as advancing the build-up, growth, and success of the platform and service offering.

Key responsibilities will include:

Create the strategic direction of the third-party program

  • Conduct market research and provide insights on best practices
  • Define and evolve the third-party program strategy together with the Head Platform (based on assessed options)
  • Define commercial model and the underlying business case
  • Review key hypotheses and adjust with new market knowledge
  • Define our path of execution
  • Create option space for the integration of third-party providers (partnership models)
  • Work closely with the product team to define and manage backlog of third-party providers

Define the Delivery and Engagement model for our third-party provider program

  • Define platform guidelines for the search, selection and onboarding of third-party providers
  • Work closely with operations, legal, risk management and compliance to ensure required processes and team are set-up in the right way
  • Support the end-to-end process of onboarding, maintaining and offboarding third-parties
  • Ensure third-party providers without an agreement in place are offboarded

Engage with third-party providers and support onboarding on the platform

  • Ensure clear list of prioritized third party providers for negotiations and for integration
  • Create standards in engaging with third-party providers including standard collateral etc.
  • Drive third-party provider negotiations and create win-win-win agreements
  • Support the integration of selected third-parties on the platform working closely with the Solution Design Lead and the Product Owner of the platform
  • Oversee delivery against roadmap & key milestones, tracking progress and proactively raising and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with platform engineering team to ensure service uptime and availability in line with committed service levels

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and innovation talented in structured thinking and execution:

  • 2+ years' experience in corporate development, private equity, venture capital and / or management consulting is a plus
  • Experience with third party programs is preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities, structured thinking and independent problem-solving
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with an interest in technology
  • Ability to develop and present compelling solution designs in a clear, and compelling manner, adaptive approach to specific target audiences
  • Great team player: you collaborate effectively with team members, express leadership supporting your views and ideas while keeping open to different opinions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate on different levels of seniority
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset focused on achieving progress
  • Open-minded, intellectually curious approach to everything you do

Business proficiency in English is needed. The role might require occasional travel.
