SuccessFactors

Highly Desirable Skills:

• 5 years plus of testing experience
• Strong SuccesFactors experience
• Built and tested test frameworks
• Experience of managing people and projects
• Understand requirements for testing and agree testing scope with stakeholders
• Be accountable for the delivery of testing activities within budget and timescale
• Create test plan documents or test strategy for projects, that address the requirements and mitigate the risks of the solution under test
• Organise test materials, environments, tools and resources required to deliver the planned testing activities and co-ordinates the delivery of testing against the schedule
• Report test progress, risks and test incidents and collect test measurements and metrics
• Undertake bid and pre-sales activities where appropriate
• Experience of producing testing documents and reports
