Your Role

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand project and program business requirements.
• Lead the Test Assurance capability within the IT Solutions Delivery Pillar for assigned areas.
• Provide comprehensive reviews of test cases, test designs, and operational readiness.
• Operate effectively in a multi-vendor environment, ensuring service assurance across suppliers.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across both business and IT functions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align testing strategies with delivery goals.
• Coordinate with SIAM to understand operational requirements and ensure supplier solutions meet those needs.
• Manage and oversee testing activities across large-scale programmes, ensuring quality and compliance.

Your Profile

7-10 years of experience in testing and quality assurance, ideally within Banking and/or Payments domains.
• Proven expertise in test assurance, including operational procedures, auditing, cutover strategy, and resilience planning.
• Strong background in Quality Engineering with a focus on delivering robust and scalable solutions.
• Experience working on cloud and data technology programmes.
• Familiarity with large-scale project delivery in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with SIAM and supplier teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
